This online store is operated by THE DISTRICT HUB and hosted by Shopify. These Terms of Service govern access to the website and the purchase or use of products and services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

Store use and information

You may use the store only for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape protected content, misuse another person's information, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law.

We work to keep descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurate. Screen settings and the made-to-order production process can cause minor color, texture, or placement variations. We may correct errors or update information without prior notice.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. Payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. If an accepted order is canceled by us after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the amounts shown at checkout.

Made-to-order products, fulfillment, and returns

Products are made to order and fulfilled by production and carrier partners. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The separate Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The storefront, product artwork, graphics, text, photographs, and branding are owned by THE DISTRICT HUB or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to access the store and purchase products for personal use.

Third-party services and links

Shopify, payment processors, production partners, carriers, and other providers support the store. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not create an endorsement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
