Free U.S. shipping on $65+

Free standard shipping applies automatically to eligible U.S. orders when the merchandise subtotal reaches $65 at checkout. No code is required.

Every THE DISTRICT HUB item is produced after the order is placed. Production normally takes approximately 2–7 business days before the order ships. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout based on the destination and the items in the order. Orders may arrive in separate packages when items are produced or routed separately.

Tracking

A shipping-confirmation message with tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking can take time to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy and unsuccessful delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. Once production or shipping has started, a change cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because of an incorrect address, refused shipment, or unsuccessful delivery.

Delays and lost shipments

Carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the shipment appears lost, use the contact form with the order number so we can investigate.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund; a return is generally not required for a verified production defect.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Once production begins, a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Review the separate Return and Refund Policy for return eligibility.
