Free standard shipping applies automatically to eligible U.S. orders when the merchandise subtotal reaches $65 at checkout. No code is required.

Made to order

Every item is produced after you place an order. Production normally takes approximately 2–7 business days before the order ships. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping and tracking

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order. A tracking link is sent when the carrier scans the shipment. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier fees required by their destination.

Returns and order problems

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or when the wrong size or color was ordered. Please review the size guide before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos showing the issue. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund; a return is generally not required for a verified production defect.

Changes, cancellations, and addresses

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Once production begins, a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery.
